Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We cannot confirm the price of an item until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy below.
We try always to ensure availability is correct, but sometimes stock can sell out quickly. In the rare event this occurs, we will email you as soon as reasonably possible to advise on when products can be delivered or suggest an alternative purchase or full refund.
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order. We will confirm our acceptance to you as your product is shipped from our warehouse by sending a dispatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is out of stock, because of an error in the price or description, or because we were unable to obtain authorization for your payment, we will inform you of this by e-mail and will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as reasonably possible.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Should you need to cancel you order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will not be able to cancel an order if it has been shipped.

Note that we cannot add garments once the order is placed.
We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached.
Please return any unwanted item(s) within 15 days of receipt (7 days for sale items). We recommend retaining Proof of Postage, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the product(s) excluding any applicable delivery charges. LuliBelle will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via Standard Delivery). Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving notice of cancellation.
Please let us know about lost and delayed parcels as soon as possible. For the UK we must be informed within 15 working days and for International 20 working days. Failure to do this will affect our ability to trace the parcel and issue any refund/replacement due.
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information, such as your address and email will be used for shipping and notifications only. Special offers and news will only be sent if agreed to by you. Your information will not be shared with any third parties.
